Approaches To Wellbeing is a one day workshop which facilitates better wellbeing, work-life balance and happiness.

Approaches To Wellbeing at workshop introduces a variety of approaches to healthier everyday living which include:

  • Mindfulness matters.
  • Meditation for the time hungry.
  • The helping hand.
  • Walking for wellbeing.
  • Healthful reconnection.

This workshop is an introduction to our short course Holistic Wellbeing in day-to-day life.
