Mindfulness Matters is a short course run over six mornings or afternoons which facilitates better wellbeing, work-life balance and happiness.
The course develops an everyday practical approach to mindfulness which includes:
- Exploring mindfulness.
- The five senses.
- Mindfulness practice for everyday life.
- Reconnecting the now.
- Walking for wellbeing.
- The helping hand.
Mindfulness matters is suited to individuals and small groups who wish to develop mindfulness practice as part of a healthier way of living. The course focus is on discussion, walking and breaking bread together.
