Wellbeing Journal Journey

This is a one day workshop led by Victoria Norton exploring visual journal keeping for all disciplines.

Suitable for all abilities: the day is used to investigate and develop new ways of journal keeping and includes walking (weather permitting), discussion, studio work and a shared meal.

The focus is on creative ways to record thoughts and experiences.

A good introduction to Journal Journeys, a six week course taking place in the mornings or afternoons, which develops this theme and builds a group dynamic.
