Wellbeing Journal Journeys

This is a short course run over six mornings or afternoons and led by Victoria Norton exploring visual journal keeping for all disciplines.

Suitable for all abilities: the course is used to investigate and develop new ways of journal keeping and includes walking (weather permitting), discussion, studio work and a shared meals. Group members are encouraged to share art, poetry and literature with the group as the course unfolds.

The focus is on creative ways to record thoughts and experiences and personal development.
